65% Extra Pale
20% Malted Oats
10% Malted Wheat
5% Munich T1
Bitter to 10 IBU with early addition of Pilgrim.
20 IBUs spilt 60/40 between Jester® & Citra® 5 minutes before end of boil.
Steep/whirlpool Jester® and Citra® – 6g/l split 60/40 between the two.
Lallemand New England/East Coast – 100g/hl pitch rate – aim for 20 degrees Celsius fermentation temperature.
Big chewy NEIPA – Jester® giving big citrus notes backed up by a huge tropical fruit hit form the Citra.
