A high alpha variety that possesses aroma characteristics that can help to provide a traditional hoppy aroma.

Origin/History

Developed and released by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing, it is a cross between traditional Slovenian hops and foreign hops.

Agronomics

Matures mid to late season.
Eureka has relatively poor disease resistance, having only a medium resistance to both downy mildew and powdery mildew. However it does have a good resistance to verticillium wilt.
