The Customer Service Administrator will have an excellent telephone manner, being able to communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner. IT skills are essential, familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite in particular.
The role includes being responsible for providing accurate administrative services to ensure effective and efficient operations within the department in line with the company procedures supporting our award winning customer service.
Position: Full Time
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
