International Logistics & Sales Administrator

The International Logistics & Sales Administrator will have to be able to communicate effectively with international customers in a clear and professional manner. IT skills are essential, familiarity with different courier software, export document services and Microsoft Office 365 suite in particular.

The role’s main responsibility will be arranging worldwide export shipments using multiple couriers / freight forwarders and raising the required supporting documentation.  It will also include keeping customer contract records up to date and communicating to the customer the status of the contract throughout the year. Additional Sales administration may be required to support the International

Position: Full Time

Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Organising shipping via courier, sea (LCL and FCL), road and air
  • Raise Export Documentation with the relevant Governing Bodies (Chamber of commerce, APHA, RPA)
  • Raise Internal documentation – Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis and other quality documents.
  • Customs compliance
  • Processing sales orders on our ERP platform when required
  • Maintaining customer contracts and sales administration support

Knowledge and/or experience

  • Microsoft Office 365, Access, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Export procedures and documentation preferred
