Crisp Non-malted cereal

What is Crisp Non-malted cereal?
According to Crisp: A torrefied selection of wheat, barley, maize, rice and oats. These cereals are cooked at high temperature, which gelatinises the starchy endosperm.

With these products you will be able to develop a brew that consists of your preferred colour, head retention, body, smoothness and mouthfeel. Maize and Rice are relatively neutral in flavour, therefore can be used to tone down malt flavours if you are showcasing hops or specialty malt in your brew.
