Position: Accounts Administrator

Location:  Newland nr Malvern, Worcestershire

Position: Full Time

Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:00

The position of Accounts Administrator consists of being responsible for providing accurate administrative services to ensure effective and efficient operations within the accounts department.

 

The role

Preparing and producing invoices and distributing them via email or post as required

Deal with general invoice and account queries

Process monthly expenses for the Sales and Management Team

Setting up of new customer accounts

Administer customers credit account applications

Record sales against customer contracts on an access database

Performing general office duties and additional accounts functions as required

Key Skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and without supervision

Knowledge and/or Experience

Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Access Database (preferred but not essential)

Sage 200 (preferred but not essential)
